FAQs

What exactly does AirTraffic do?

AirTraffic is a 30,000 foot view of your incoming sales cycle. Running a small business is tough—sales are your life blood. AirTraffic helps you and your team to track progress and convert your leads into a check in the bank.

Can I customize AirTraffic to use our internal nomenclature?

Yes! You can customize the Status and Priority options of AirTraffic to match your fancy sales jargon terminology. We start you out with some defaults just to get the wheels off the ground, but you can change them up as much as you'd like. You can even customize the color indicators... oh no you didn't!

I have more than one person on my sales team. How many users can I add to my account?

In AirTraffic, you are able to assign a project any person on your sales team. This makes for a great way to visualize responsibility amongst the team. There is no limit to how many team members you can add to your AirTraffic account.

How does the billing work? And why are you charging when most apps are free?

We're not afraid to talk about money. Let's do this. We bill you $20 every month. That money goes towards support, server costs, new feature development and coffee. Lots and lots of coffee. Aside from that, we believe AirTraffic delivers an exceptional value for small businesses and if you run a small business (like we do), then you know that value is worth every penny.

Can I cancel my account if I don't find AirTraffic useful?

Yes, of course. If AirTraffic isn't for you, no worries. Go ahead and cancel at any time. You will never be charged if you cancel within your 30-day trial.

Do you really think breakup albums are the best albums?

Great question, I'm glad you asked! Consider the following: Adele's 21, Fleetwood Mac's Rumors, Beck's Sea Change, Amy Winehouse's Back to Black, Bon Iver's For Emma, Long Ago and of course Bob Dylan's Blood on the Tracks. Need we say more?
